POACHED is a parody and commentary project about the AI industry's hiring market. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, Google, Google DeepMind, xAI, Thinking Machines Lab, Safe Superintelligence, Mistral AI, Microsoft, or any other company or person shown. All company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification, commentary and parody.

Facts about people are limited to public professional information and are linked to public sources on each player page. Anyone shown can ask to be removed through the opt-out form, and we act within 24 hours. Rights holders with concerns can reach us at hello@poached.fyi.

Terms of sale

The seller is Curate Technologies LLC ("we"). By ordering you agree to these terms.

• Made to order. Products are printed on demand by our print partner after you order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed garment.
• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Shipping is to US addresses only. Delivery times are estimates.
• Returns. Items are personalised and printed on demand, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email us within 30 days with your order reference and a photo and we will replace or refund it.
• Custom jerseys. You are responsible for the text you submit. We may cancel and refund any order we consider hateful, harassing or unlawful.
• Cancellations. We may cancel and refund an order, for example if a player has opted out before it ships.
• To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Privacy

• What we collect. When you order: your name, email, shipping address and order details, collected through Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card number. When you use the opt-out form: the name, email and link you give us.
• Why. To make and ship your order, send receipts and tracking, handle support, and process removal requests. Nothing else.
• Who we share it with. Stripe (payments and tax) and our print-on-demand partner (to print and ship your order). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
• Your cart is stored only in your browser (localStorage). This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
• Retention. We keep order records as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then delete them.
• Your choices. Email hello@poached.fyi to access or delete your information.
